Blood Ritual

You can ritually sacrifice a living creature to access magic. At the end of a 10 minute ritual that concludes in the death of a living creature by your own hand, you may cast any cantrip with a duration greater than "instantaneous." In situations where the duration is "special," you may only choose non-instantaneous options.

This is an Intelligence-based ability for the purpose of determining spell save DC.
