Champion of the Wild

Your passion for animal conservation has earned you a network of contacts and resources. In any town or city with a focus on nature or scholarship (arboretum, university with a natural history department, etc., at the DM's discretion), you can leverage your reputation to:

• Research Wildlife. Spend a day researching local wildlife and conservation efforts with a successful Intelligence (Investigation) check. This might reveal information about endangered species in the area, recent threats to ecosystems, or ongoing conservation projects.

• Secure Local Support. Make a persuasive plea (Charisma (Persuasion) check) to a local leader or influential figure. On a success, you can gain their support for a specific conservation effort (e.g., securing funding for anti-poaching patrols, raising awareness about habitat destruction).

• Find a Guide. Connect with a knowledgeable local guide (ranger, tracker, etc.) who can assist you in navigating the wilderness and locating specific wildlife (DM determines availability).
